Chapter 14 deals with audiotapes as evidence in relation to the Watergate scandal and the impeachment of President Richard Nixon.  The presentation will begin by giving a general overview of events. This will include a video that will introduce the class to broader themes.  The issue of audiotapes as evidence will be raised and there positive and negative effects.   Legal issues that arise in the Watergate scandal will also be discussed.  The presentation will conclude with a series of questions, which will be discussed as a group, on ethical issues.  Further information may be found at histchapter14.homestead.com
